The best show on TV November 30, 2008

After six seasons it would be easy to suspect the quality of "The Shield" would start to dip. This is not the case as the sixth season is one of the strongest yet. We follow, what is left of, The Strike Team through a very intense season. The walls are starting to close in on Vic and Shane.
"The Shield" is simply one of the very best shows ever to be on TV.

I can't say enough good things about this series. Its gritty and raw in a realistic way...well as far as TV goes its realistic. I'm not a huge fan of the cop drama simply because everything is wrapped up neatly without mess or fuss...unless its a season finale.
The Shield's story is ongoing and keeps Vic constantly struggling against enemies from former seasons as well as his previous mistakes.
In this season everything reaches fever pitch and its a can't miss.
